Competition Rules

• WHO RUNS SA is entertainment — there are no cash prizes for contestants or voters.
• Votes are recorded server-side against each contestant and cannot be reversed once cast — see our Refund Policy for exceptions.
• Free participation is always available: sharing a contestant or tribe is a valid, non-financial way to support them.
• Each poll runs for a fixed window shown on its own page, and may be paused or ended early at our discretion.
• WHO RUNS SA reserves the right to remove contestants, polls, or votes found to be fraudulent or abusive.
• Zero tolerance for incitement to violence or hate speech in live chat, in any language. This is enforced with automated screening plus human review — flagged accounts may be limited or banned without warning, and repeat or severe cases are banned outright.
• WHO RUNS SA intends to direct a portion of platform proceeds to charitable causes across South Africa — charity partners haven't been finalised yet; see the footer for current details.
