Pricing

WHO RUNS SA charges for one thing: backing a tribe or contestant with votes. A vote is a show of support that counts toward that entry's position on the live leaderboard and toward your own Supporter status. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no physical goods — every payment is for votes only, applied instantly and shown immediately on the public leaderboard once payment is confirmed. There is no shipping or delivery delay, since nothing physical is ever sent.

Custom amounts

You can also enter any amount of R20 or more when backing a contestant. Custom amounts convert to votes at a fixed rate of R20 per vote.

What you get

• Your votes are added to your chosen tribe or contestant's total immediately.
• Your cumulative backing unlocks Backer, Supporter and Kingmaker status, shown on your profile and in live chat.
• Enough cumulative backing (or sharing) unlocks the ability to start your own poll.

WHO RUNS SA is an entertainment and community-engagement platform. There are no monetary prizes for contestants or voters — backing is symbolic support, not a wager or a purchase of goods. See our Refund Policy and Competition Rules for more detail.

WHO RUNS SA also intends to direct a portion of platform proceeds to charitable causes across South Africa — charity partners haven't been finalised yet, and this page will be updated once they are.
